Clarity Before You Commit

What We Check

A home inspection is often the last opportunity to fully assess a property before purchase. Our role is to document what can be observed, explain how systems are intended to function, and identify conditions that may affect safety, performance, or future maintenance. The goal is not to overwhelm clients with technical detail, but to provide clear insight into what is being purchased...

ATTIC INSPECTION

The attic inspection includes a visual evaluation of accessible attic spaces, insulation, ventilation, and visible structural components. We look for conditions that may affect energy efficiency, moisture control, and overall performance, noting signs of damage, improper installation, or conditions that may warrant further evaluation or maintenance.
